Beschreibung
Around eight years ago, I noticed a fungal infection between my toes. I was surprised because I had never had anything like this before. The infection remained more or less constant from then on. It wasn't very bad, but it was always there. It was slightly less noticeable in summer than in winter. Sometimes it got worse and was slightly painful too, along with a bit of a smell, of course. At some point, I stopped worrying about it too much because it didn't really bother me that much and didn't cause any major problems. I never used any lotions or creams either.
But then I learned about 5BN and looked at my symptoms from that perspective. Today, I think this is probably what happened:
The trigger: When the symptoms first appeared, I was travelling frequently and often stayed in hotels, seminar houses, etc. Because I am not absolutely perfect at packing, I often forgot to bring flip-flops for the shower. I often feel a little disgusted at the thought of stepping into the shower barefoot in hotels, etc. That is why I often entered a conflict-active phase and then returned to resolution at home. (The dermis, old mesoderm, reacts with Cell Plus in the ca-phase of a contamination conflict: contaminated by the dirty showers in hotels. In the pcl, then, there is caseous degeneration and the typical fungal infection when I was back home).
But why did the fungal infection persist, even after I had stopped travelling for a long time?
The splint: When I was a child, my mum always told me after bathing, ‘We have to dry the spaces between your toes thoroughly after showering. Otherwise, you'll get a fungal infection.’ Since I had never had a fungal infection, this wasn't a significant statement for me. But when I noticed a fungal infection for the first time (because I was disgusted when showering), the phrase came back to me. From then on, I had a very effective splint. Every time after showering – whether at home or anywhere else – my toes were wet, and my mother's phrase came back to me. I never felt like I could get my feet 100% dry. In summer, it was a little better, as I walked around barefoot for long periods and didn't have to put socks on with ‘half-wet’ feet.
When I realised the connection, I was really amazed and thought, ‘Well, then the symptom can go away now. I know now that there's no reason for it. If the 5BN is right, it'll be gone soon.’
I didn't pay regular attention to it again, but after a while I noticed that my feet were completely free of fungal infection. For this reason, I cannot say exactly how long it took after I realised this for the fungus to disappear. It may have been a few weeks at most.
