At the end of January, I was suddenly and unsuspectingly removed from several large 5BN groups on Telegram, without warning or announcement. A few days later, Ingmar wrote to me that he had received complaints from people who disagreed with my business model after seeing my profile and contacting me.

The admins of the 5BN groups had also complained to him and asked how best to handle the issue – and whether they could recommend the user list if they found people who shared my business model, to which some group participants responded negatively.

These accusations, which in my view are unjustified, really hit me.

I don't want to defend myself here, but rather describe the effect the DHS I experienced directly as a result of being kicked out of the 5BN Telegram groups had on me.

It was immediately clear to me that this was critical for me, and I believed I could immediately identify the individual DHS criteria, such as "highly acute dramatic," "isolating," and "caught off guard," within myself. I immediately discussed this with my relationship and spontaneously (i.e., immediately) developed an alternative for myself (which I haven't implemented to this day). I also had a lengthy, clarifying phone call with Ingmar, which I felt was helpful regarding the DHS. The most important part of our discussed strategy for solving the problem was that I would upload a whole series of my own experience reports to the archive, so that my working method (namely, not meaningless weekly, spontaneous, or periodic individual appointments, but rather daily, intensive support on a monthly basis) would be transparent to all interested parties from the outset, thus preventing any such misunderstandings from arising again. A solution that is hopefully in the interest of all involved and which I consider to be a good one.

About 1.5 months later, after I had put the plan into action and several testimonials had been published, I felt a hemorrhoid on my right anus while showering during the conflict-resolved phase. It was painful and itchy for three to four days, but it didn't burst. It gradually shrank, and a week later it was gone, and I couldn't feel anything anymore. It had healed.

Apparently, I was experiencing an identity conflict, which caused me to suddenly no longer know where I belonged.
