Report on my work process with Sophia
I contacted Sophia due to the difficulty and fear I experienced regarding putting myself out there and speaking in public. This fear was intense and created immense pressure whenever I had to present myself in front of the others. As we delved deeper into my situation, we realized that this difficulty was not limited to public speaking alone; rather, it was linked to a long-standing pattern in how I positioned myself in relation to others.
Drawing on childhood experiences and subsequent situations, we identified the core issue we were addressing as a devaluation conflict. I tended to feel less valuable than others, prioritizing their feelings and needs over my own and often taking background. This behavioral pattern manifested in various areas of my life: I struggled to value my own opinions, stand up for my interests, set boundaries, and—above all—put myself out there without feeling fear or insecurity.
From that point on, we began a process in which Sophia provided me with various tools and resources to shift this perception and, above all, to start recognizing and embracing my own worth. The process was gradual; through our sessions and practice, I have come to adopt this new perspective on myself. I have learned to place greater value on my feelings, to claim my space, and to face situations where I am in the spotlight from a much more secure place.
One of the most significant changes was precisely regarding my fear of public speaking—the very reason I had contacted Sophia in the first place. In just a few months, I have seen remarkable progress: I can now put myself out there with much greater calm—free from the initial pressure and fear—and with a sense of security I previously lacked. While I know this is a process that requires continued work and consolidation, the change I have experienced is undeniable.
This evolution has also been reflected in other aspects of my life. I feel more confident interacting with others, asserting my interests, expressing my needs, and setting boundaries. Gradually, I am moving away from always putting myself second and learning to recognize that my feelings, thoughts, and decisions also have value.
During this process, I have also noticed an improvement in my physical health. Throughout my life, I have struggled with persistent issues related to iron deficiency and anemia; following the work I did with Sophia on feelings of low self-worth, I have seen a considerable improvement in my blood test results, which has coincided with a better sense of my overall condition and physical well-being. For me, this evolution has been significant and has reinforced the sense that the process of change I am undergoing is having a positive impact on various areas of my life.
I feel I am now at a much more advanced stage of the process. I have begun to internalize that sense of self-worth, yet I want to keep working so that this perception solidifies, takes root in my beliefs, and increasingly becomes a natural way of relating to both myself and others.
I am very pleased with the process I have gone through with Sophia and the changes I have experienced over these past few months. What began as a very specific challenge—fear of public speaking—has allowed me to discover and work on much deeper aspects of how I relate to myself and others. Today, I feel more secure, more aware of my worth, and far more confident in continuing to move forward in this direction.
Sílvia
Sílvia was suffering from a long-standing, unresolved devaluation conflict generalized stemming from childhood; her older sister had systematically belittled her.
She had been diagnosed with anemia years prior, a condition reflected in her blood test results.
She contacted me in December 2025. We identified the unresolved childhood conflict regarding her devaluation and focused on overcoming her fear of public speaking, as well as recognizing and validating her values, skills, and qualities.
Public speaking felt like a high-risk situation; it meant exposing herself to the possibility that her perceived shortcomings would be revealed and her image further tarnished, so she consistently avoided putting herself in such situations.
The blood test results from March 2026 provide clear evidence that the generalized conflict regarding her devaluation has been overcome.
Progression of Ferritin, Hemoglobin, and Hematocrit levels from 2022, 2025, and 2026.
Lab results from 17/01/2022
Ferritin <8.0 (20.0 - 150.0)
Hemoglobin 9.5 (12.0 - 16.0)
Hematocrit 32.7% (36.0 - 48.0)
Lab results from 19/11/2025
Ferritin 9.9 (20.0 - 150.0)
Hemoglobin 8.8 (12.0 - 16.0)
Hematocrit 30.8% (37.0 - 48.0)
Lab results from 25/03/2026
Ferritin 67.1 (20.0 - 150.0)
Hemoglobin 13.6 (12.0 - 16.0)
Hematocrit 41.5% (37.0 – 48.0)
In March 2026, once the devaluation conflict was overcome, all three values were within the reference range.
