When I was 13, I contracted viral hepatitis and was rushed to the hospital, where I was treated intensively. Despite having studied GNM for many years, I was unable to understand the cause of that illness for a long time. Then, during another GNM training session, I heard the following description of the conflict that causes hepatitis symptoms: ANGER AND BITTERNESS AS A RESULT OF SUFFERED INJUSTICE. Everything immediately became clear to me.

At that time, I was actively involved in biathlon and, of course, dreamed of having plastic skis — back then, they were an expensive luxury that few people could afford. I remember that another boy from our section ended up there too, and of course it immediately became clear to everyone that we had infected each other — obviously we had been drinking from the same glass. The section, like my school class, was then closed for quarantine. I remember how my classmates came to visit me in the hospital and thanked me for getting our class sent home for a week.

But for some reason, no one else “caught” hepatitis from the two of us, even though everyone at the ski camp was drinking from the same glass at the time. This disease is still considered highly contagious, and at that time, visitors were not allowed into our ward, so we could only communicate through the window.

Then they found giardia in me, and the doctors said that I would have liver problems for the rest of my life and that I would have to follow a strict diet. Our doctors really know how to comfort and boost the self-esteem of their patients. However, I feel great now, I don't follow any diets, and I have no liver problems.
