For months a highly personal and authentic experience report concerning myself has been haunting my mind. In a few Telegram groups I have already shared my experiences personally as well. I was threatened, insulted, and accused of giving "instructions for suicide". That's why it took me, of all people (someone who always wears his heart on his sleeve), so long to bring myself to write this text. So that it sounds "politically correct" to everyone and is not meant and allowed to harm anyone, I have now made use of Gemini, an AI, to phrase it in a somewhat more "bearable" way.

When even in 5BN Telegram groups, experiences of this kind cause offense and/or provoke, this shows us that New Medicine is indeed by now breaking through worldwide, and more and more people understand that this "New Medicine" has absolutely nothing to do with old medicine - but it also shows us that a genuine paradigm shift is needed in order to finally get away from these long-established half-truths, which still deceive millions of people every single day and lead people neither into life, nor into understanding, nor into insight. The "disease diabetes", which does not exist in that form, will, thanks to medical progress and technology, be assessed and treated completely differently within just a few years - that much is certain.

Through years of contact with my clients/patients I have learned that it is important to RESET EVERYTHING TO ZERO and to erase everything from conventional medicine in one's head, and to explore and experience one's life and one's own biology completely from scratch, as naively as a small child. Only then can one grasp, apply, and appreciate the greatness, wisdom, and fundamental naturalness of one's own organism, and the (re-)discovery of these natural laws by Dr. Hamer. So here now is my slightly (AI-)optimized report:

My empirical experience report: Diabetes in the light of the 5 Biological Laws of Nature

This is a purely empirical experience report and represents neither a recommendation for action nor any kind of medical advice whatsoever. This report is merely meant to show how "diabetes" can be seen and experienced in the context of New Medicine and the 5 Biological Laws of Nature (5BN), without presenting it as dogma or as a disease in the conventional sense. I am explicitly referring here to so-called type 2 diabetes (and not to type 1, where there is a functional failure of the beta cells of the islets of Langerhans and substitution with foreign insulin is vital for survival).

Important context up front: Dr. Hamer's New Medicine, also known as Germanische Heilkunde®, is (as of today) still considered pseudo-medicine without any therapeutic proof or validity. However, this report is based on this purely personal experience and theory, and that's just fine.

1. The great error of conventional medicine: why the causation theory is wrong

The term "sugar disease" is absolutely wrong. That diabetes is a fatal disease caused by excessive sugar consumption is just as wrong. That sugar is harmful, unhealthy, and deadly is equally wrong! Diabetes does not arise from consuming sugar for too long or too often.

The underlying issue is not a quantity problem, but an imbalance in organic processing. Whether birch-leaf, honey, fructose, or chemically-toxically refined sugar - here the dose does not always make the poison! You can get so-called "diabetes" even with supposedly healthier sugar, even with no sugar at all

  • The paradox: Why do some people who have eaten their slice of chocolate-cream cake punctually at 4:30 p.m. their whole life suddenly get diabetes, while others are spared?
  • The doctors' standard excuse: If your sugar is high, medicine says: consume less, then the value goes down. If the patient brazenly rules out dietary reasons or lack of exercise, the equally brazen reply is: „Then you're still eating wrong and not moving enough. Period.“

So there must be a higher, biological purpose behind it. If you know for certain that you were never a "sweet tooth" and have exercised more than ever before - what, then, is this "fatal" diagnosis even based on? Whoever does not know the 5 Biological Laws of Nature becomes, quite literally, a victim!

2. The true cause: conflicts instead of sugar

Primarily, the sugar programs (beta and alpha cells) ALWAYS start with conflicts that are not resolved. Most diabetes programs build up slowly over a longer period of time.

  • The biological core in type 2: This program is based on a resistance conflict or fear-disgust conflict. (experienced as male or female depending on hormonal status)
  • Example: gestational diabetes: Here the woman, at her estrogen peak, reacts to typical fear and disgust conflicts of our "civilized world" („Will the birth hurt? Will it be gross? Will he still find me sexy afterward? Who or what am I resisting? Will I still be pretty, attractive / feminine after giving birth? Is he the right one to start a family with? Am I mature enough for a child? Will I survive the birth? Are my "genes" okay?“).

This program is never something "sick" or "in need of treatment". It is biologically meaningful and valuable! It gives the body and the psyche the strength to overcome the fears, the disgust, and the resistance, in order to make mother and child big and strong.
The vicious circle of fear: Type 2 diabetes is only dangerous for those who firmly believe in the dogma of conventional medicine. Whoever lets themselves be driven into panic, gives everything up, declares themselves a helpless victim, and fails to realize the truth during the epicrisis (healing crisis) ends up in the vicious circle. The program itself is never directed against you - elevated values can be survived for months without harm. No panic!

(But! Type 1 diabetes, which Dr. Hamer defined as a clear functional failure, always presupposes a massively life-threatening, inescapable trauma (usually in early childhood or even prenatally). The pancreas shuts down; further resistance is pointless. To secure survival here, it is essential to administer foreign, "false" insulin!)

3. The insulin trap

I have a strong suspicion that conventional-medicine substitution with insulin in type 2 does not sustainably cure anything. On the contrary: it makes the patient dependent for life and, in the long run, suppresses the body's own production of this highly intelligent hormone. It turns patients into junkies. A poster in the diabetology waiting room gave me food for thought: according to it, countless women with so-called gestational diabetes later became diabetics after the "insulin treatment" and were thus permanently dependent. The poster says it all, but you also have to be able to read between the lines and see through this "diagnosis". See also the attached file of this poster.

4. In practice: playing along with the "game" and using the sensor as a tool

To get away from insulin, you have to play along with the conventional-medicine game to some extent - if only because the sensors cost several thousand euros and are not prescribed "just like that".

The path to the sensor:

  1. Off to the diabetology clinic: Sign yourself up for the "controlled program" and the mandatory self-help group (4 afternoons a year of prescribed brainwashing, but actually quite interesting!). Sign everything. In these courses you learn that your body functions like a machine, and also how many bread units each dish has and how much insulin you need for it (boring madness!)
  2. Collect the materials: Get insulin pens and sensors (e.g. Abbott) prescribed. Simply implant the sensor yourself and install the app. Get long-acting insulin prescribed too, but largely avoid using it!
  3. The doctor's visit: Every three months you sit across from a bored diabetologist who recites his decades-long memorized phrases and checks your feet to see if they're still attached. Have pity on him, he doesn't know any better.

The transformation from patient to agent:

If the chemistry is right, tell the doctor from the start that you already know the cause, that you like him, but that you're going your own way. Hand him Organ Atlas pages 5.1.16 and 5.1.17 of Dr. Hamer's New Medicine (whom you admire for this world-changing discovery), so he has a few sleepless nights. You switch from the victim role into the front row of enlightenment. Don't forget: apart from "avoid sugar and move more", the doctors have NO answer whatsoever to the cause of this "disease". If you're lucky (like me), you'll find a sympathetic ear. Many doctors, however, now also acknowledge that "stress" plays a significant role too, even if they don't know the precise detail of GHK [Germanic New Medicine], and whatever "stress" is even supposed to mean...

5. 5BN monitoring: the journey into freedom

The implanted sensor is the most important tool. It supplies you with data just in time and reflects back to you exactly how your thoughts and personal feelings influence the values. It's sensational to observe that!

  • While the sensor triggers panic in those who are uninformed, for enlightened 5BN patients it is an instrument that conveys security and confirms every day how your biology works.
  • The solution: Engage intensively with the resistance conflict, resolve it or declare it void. The more the conflict "doesn't give a damn to you", the lower the value becomes. Intensive mental work and investigation of the cause, with external counseling as needed. Believe me - it works!
  • The result: If you make big strides in conflict resolution, you'll be within normal values within 3 days - completely without insulin. This does NOT mean you're "cured" after 3 days. Type 2 diabetes builds up over years; that also means you have to be patient and will also need years to return constantly to normal values again - no rush! (Metformin, by the way, doesn't have too bad a reputation and can be taken alongside without much issue, even if the gas and burping are annoying at first - new, more natural alternatives to metformin are already in the starting blocks, too).

After one to two years you'll meet your diabetologist again. Your values are completely fine, the diabetes is "cured". In the monitoring app you log exactly when you injected how much insulin. The long-term evaluation then shows you that you needed less and less of it. As soon as the conflict is resolved, the sensor switches to green. You'll hardly be able to believe it yourself and will suspiciously double-check with a finger-prick test - but it works!

Get out of the horror building of conventional medicine. That's half the battle; everything else regulates itself again on its own.

Purely from feeling and experience, I know that everything that comes into my body from outside is not "divine" or natural. Chemically produced insulin may be molecularly the same as the body's own, but it was nevertheless not created by divine nature, but in a laboratory. I am of the opinion (!) that our body's own insulin is the PERFECT substance, which is produced perfectly tuned and purpose-bound directly under the guidance of our cortex, and in the exact, precise amount we actually need. It is therefore completely impossible for foreign insulin to replace it equivalently.

In old medicine one speaks of merely 4 or 8 cheap blood types. What very few people know is that within our blood, in just a single drop of it, there are actually about 15,000-18,000 different substances detectable, as precise and individual as a fingerprint, unique. Just as we also have 6 large salivary glands in the mouth, plus hundreds of microscopically small glands in addition, whose composition adapts at the speed of light, perfectly tailored to the incoming bite of food. Simply sensational! The same applies to the individual composition of our insulin. No humanly, laboratory-produced hormone can replace this unique, "divine" substance made by the body itself.

Some will ask themselves what exactly my resistance conflict was. At first I didn't want to mention it, perhaps also to avoid others seeing themselves facing similar conflicts and projecting my personal conflict experience onto themselves. Every person is different, and every "disease is different"!

So what does "resisting" actually mean? After all, everyone is constantly resisting something or someone. What exactly one resists is probably too individual, but from experience it is always something "overpowering, unchangeable, powerful, like David against Goliath, a hopeless undertaking". In Roberto Barnai's literature (Organ Atlas, 2nd German edition) I learned that resisting means "to resist something and/or someone AND to defend oneself against it"!

That was the decisive point of my experience. The "AND"! For more than 10 years I have been in a truly disgusting and nerve-wracking custody dispute with my child's mother. She herself is stuck in a cerebellum constellation, which keeps her organically stable during her rampage but drags everything else around her into the abyss, including our shared daughter. When it's about the well-being of one's own child and that child is endangered, there's nothing left to do but resist. (overpowering, experienced in isolation, felt dramatically) That would clearly define the resisting "against something and someone". Type 2 diabetes, accordingly, only arises when one also "defends oneself against it". So for years, night after night, I sat at the computer to "defend" myself (before the family courts), to the point that the documents of "defending myself" now fill 4 full ring binders - madness! My body first thanked me with colon cancer (the treacherous betrayal right after the separation), then with two inguinal hernias (to somehow still hold the business (the family), which had failed, together under pressure), followed by two strokes (EK regeneration as a survival strategy), and now, as the crowning finale, the diabetes programs (to ease all that resisting). Wow!

I am grateful that I understand what biological purpose all of this has. I went into the last court hearing with sugar levels of 350, without food, without exercise, and without the "false" insulin. After the hearing, and half an hour on the highway, my sensor sounded the alarm - hypoglycemia < 50! Life-threatening!

NO! The conflict was resolved; the judge acknowledged that my child needs me and ruled in my favor. I pulled over to the right and treated myself (just to be safe) to Ha-ns Ri-egel products from Bo-nn, so I could keep driving. It doesn't go so well with a blacked-out screen....

Without Dr. Hamer, I would have already been given rectal radiation, poisoned, and "slaughtered" back in 2014; I probably wouldn't have survived the two epicrises (strokes), and with the abnormal, artificial insulin administration I would probably now be blind and have no feet or legs left. My prostate is throwing a party (ugly/half-genital conflict connected to offspring), and I'm not letting it be biopsied or removed - after all, I still need it for starting a new family, and I'll simply celebrate together with it 🙂

With my sensor I have fun every day. Besides the near-death experiences, which were never real, and the liters of water I drink per day, I experience directly and immediately, through the values, what I've been occupied with and what "doesn't give a damn to me". I can read the values and the results of my conflict events directly "just in time" on the monitor, and it confirms to me anew every day that so-called "diabetes" really only secondarily has to do with diet and exercise - that would be too cheap an explanation anyway! Now I have the definitive proof that "that's not how it is", but rather that it is directly and immediately connected to whether and how much I resist something or someone, and whether and how I defend myself against it, or indeed don't. My wonderful daughter will soon be an adult; she's no longer a small, helpless child; one day she will stand up for herself against her mother's thought control. I no longer need to keep resisting. My diabetologist told me at the last appointment: "That's it - your diabetes is gone!" (She couldn't believe it herself!)

From my own, fundamental firsthand experience, nothing makes me happier by now than passing on all this knowledge of Dr. Hamer, the 5BN, GHK, New Medicine, to others, and helping people process their conflicts as best as possible and handle them correctly. New Medicine is life and life-prolonging; the old, previous one is only a senseless, mechanical languishing away, without rhyme or reason.

Thank you, Dr. med. Ryke Geerd Hamer!

Stay tuned, your Micky!

Just a brief digression here about the so-called "weight-loss injection": Ozempic

Being someone who enjoys experimenting on myself, I didn't want to spare myself this experience either. Getting it prescribed was no problem, given my paunch shaped by binges and a weight that had by then reached 115 kilos. In fact, I have only had this excess weight and sugar cravings since the diabetes diagnosis, i.e. since the insulin administration - which is then, of course (typical conventional medicine), supposed to be "fixed" again with the next medication. A vicious circle. Accordingly, the patients in the diabetology waiting rooms look depressed, fat, and shapeless (not to say pathologically overweight). I didn't want to end up like that, so I accepted this "offer" of the so-called weight-loss injection for a while. I have to say: the thing is really uncanny. It causes digestion to already begin in the stomach, so you constantly burp with a sulfurous stink, which is really disgusting and also causes sleepless nights. Also very unhealthy-looking stool, both in color and consistency. The injection works for almost exactly one week, and hunger actually decreases by about half. One has to say: this injection works! BUT - such a fundamental intervention in the body's metabolism CANNOT be healthy! There is still no data on the long-term consequences of these strange substances, but they will certainly come. As of today (July 2026) there is a class-action lawsuit against the manufacturer over patients going blind. However, it was found that these patients already had eye damage from the diabetes (and the insulin administration?) anyway. I aborted the experiment after 3 months and regained my original pre-diagnosis weight even without the stuff, especially since the sugar cravings (which I never had before) stopped abruptly again once I stopped the foreign insulin.
