Many years ago I was at my company, together with some employees who belonged to the "cool guys" type. It was summer, and I had just taken off my jeans to put on something more comfortable. At the time I was trying out these tight-fitting, short underpants.
So I was right in the middle of changing when the door to my office opened and, of all people, the "coolest employee" of the company walked in. I was standing with my left side toward the door when he appeared, saw me in my underpants, started laughing and shouted: "Uhhh, what kind of underwear is that!!!? Hey guys, come over here and look at this!" So all the others came running too, to check out me and my underwear, and it was a pretty embarrassing situation for me.

In that situation I reacted with an aesthetic self-devaluation conflict on the outside of my left thigh, affecting the new-mesodermal connective/fatty tissue - exactly at the spot where my underwear was "too short" and where, in that situation, my legs would have been better covered by boxer shorts or something similar.

A few days later I discovered the lipoma there, a soft lump that can be moved back and forth with/under the skin. So this must be the excess healing at the end of the post-conflictolytic phase, although I never felt any pain at any point beforehand.
